The Unborn

I was interested in this one in the beginning because I THOUGHT it was a horror movie starring Megan Fox. Well I was wrong there. I still watched the movie and I guess it wasn’t that bad, at least as far as horror movies go.

#5 The Unborn

Some times I truly wonder what the obsession that horror movie writers/directors have with mirrors is all about. Bathroom mirrors especially. I can’t be the only one that ISN’T the least bit caught off guard when someone goes into a bathroom closes the medicine cabinet and WHAM there is a creepy thing in the reflection. Anyway… That is pretty much and easy way to sum up The Unborn, it’s predictable. I wouldn’t exactly say that I was ever scared at any point, but nothing creeps me out in movies like kids. I probably would have been more creeped out had one of the kids in the movie not recently popped up on an ABC comedy called “The Middle”. I just kept seeing him licking his frozen pancake and regurgitation notes from his teacher. I guess if you were bored and had nothing else to watch this would work for a horror fix. It’s pretty bad that the only good parts of the movie are the fact that you see the lead character in her underwear twice, and Gary Oldman STILL kicks ass in everything he does.
